Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromosome dyeing method which enables the homogenous dyeing of the chromosome on a specimen slide in a short time without relying on the experience or skill of a worker, and a chromosome dyeing apparatus. SOLUTION: In an initial process for dyeing the specimen slide on which a nuclear cell floating liquid being a sample is developed, a dyeing inhibitor making dyeing unstable is eluted and removed by ultrapure water or degassed under a reduced pressure to be removed.
