Its one side part is pressed to and contacted with the other side surface 2d of an installation recessed part 2b by elasticity of the seal member 5 itself, and its other side part is pressed to and contacted with an opposed surface of the second hinge cylinder 3a to the first hinge cylinder 2a, to thereby seal a part between the opposed surfaces of the first and second hinge cylinders 2a and 3a.
