Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut off device preventing water leakage from a crossing corner 7 of the inside face 5 of opposite grooves 4, 4 formed in both walls 2, 2 of a passage way 1 and the floor face 6, preventing water leakage from the lower end of these grooves 4, 4 of the passage way 1 in flood, and hermetically cutting off both ends 3', 3' of a cut off board by a crescent 12' or other wedges or the like in the existing opposite grooves 4, 4. SOLUTION: The opposite grooves 4, 4 for insertion of both ends 3', 3' of the cut off board 3 are formed at both walls 2, 2 of the passage way 1, and a inclined face 8 is formed in the crossing corner 7 of the floor face 6 and the inside faces 5, 5 of the opposite grooves 4, 4 corresponding to the both ends 3', 3', and cut off faces 3", 3".
