SOLUTION: The waterproof portable ultrasonic generator is constituted of a small-sized cylindrical main body which is molded by a resin or the like and in which a small-sized oscillator, a small-sized ultrasonic vibrator and a small-sized battery are electrically connected with each other. By being constituted as the small-sized ultrasonic generator, the ultrasonic generator is portable and effect as a portable washer or a portable cleaner is demonstrated during traveling abroad and business trip or at the outdoor such as a camp.
