Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid body imaging apparatus of an electronic endoscope wherein a lead which is bent backward from a light receiving surface side of a solid body imaging element is seldom damaged during a bending process and seldom short-circuits with the solid body imaging element during an operating time. SOLUTION: The solid body imaging apparatus of the electronic endoscope comprises the two or more leads 11 of which the ends are connected to a front surface side of the solid body imaging element 5 disposed with the light receiving surface 5a are arranged in parallel and each of the leads 11 is bent in the parallel direction of a side surface of the solid body imaging element 5 to extend to the rear direction of the solid body imaging element 5, wherein one piece of an electrically insulated rod-typed member 13 is disposed along the insides of the bent sections of the two or more leads 11 disposed in parallel.
