Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an improved green-leaf composition suitable for drink, without causing floating matter and hardly causing flocculation and precipitation after storing and until drinking, even in a suspension containing green-leaf and chitosan without impairing original functions of the green-leaf and the chitosan. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the green-leaf composition containing chitosan, comprising chitosan containing ≥80 mass% particles with ≤150 μm particle diameter (100 mesh) and green-leaf powder.
