SOLUTION: This drive control device of a motor is constituted such that when the change ratio of a load output requirement value P*is lower than a prescribed value, the boosting converter is controlled on the basis of a first voltage command value Vd*calculated according to the rotational speed of the motor and the input voltage Vdof the inverter, and when the change ratio of the load output requirement value reaches a prescribed value or higher due to the abrupt change of the load, the boosting converter is controlled on the basis of a second voltage command value Vd**calculated according to the reactor current command value IL*and a reactor current value ILof the boosting converter.
