Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call control method in an IP telephone network by which quality control corresponding to quality conditions of an IP telephone service can be realized and voice quality can be maintained without discarding a packet during communication, and provide an IP telephone system, a router, and a call control program. SOLUTION: Routers 119, 169 constituting transfer systems 104, 154 recognize a speech call by receiving the packet of a signal generated by a call control protocol. Signal analysis function parts of the routers 119, 169 analyze the signal, refer to databases 130-1 to 130-4, 180-1, and 180-2, and calculate a priority call parameter for defining priorities.
