IMAGE PROCESSING SYSTEM, PROGRAM, INFORMATION STORAGE MEDIUM, AND IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system, etc. capable of accurately determining the position and the content of a motion of a person whose motion is to be determined, based on photography information. SOLUTION: The image processing system comprises: a USB camera 20 that photographs a person whose motion is to be determined, and generates photography information; a moving vector detection part 118 that detects at least one moving vector showing the motion of the person whose motion is to be determined, based on the photography information; a storage part 120 that stores the data 128 of the region to be determined showing a plurality of regions to be determined, where the photography image region indicated by the photography information or a part of the image display region is partitioned; a determination part 114 that determines the position, the angle, and the length of the moving vector in the respective regions to be determined; and an information generation part 112 that generates an image displayed in the image display region according to the determination result.
