Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sample levels of an interference electric field and/or magnetic field locally (for example, in an inside of an X-ray detector 600) to reduced or removed. SOLUTION: One embodiment of the present invention is provided with the X-ray detector having one or more of electromagnetic field detecting conductor along the direction same to that of a panel data line. At least one of embodiments, the electromagnetic field detecting conductor is able to be oriented along a TFT scanning line direction. The interference electric field and/or magnetic field are/is sampled locally by one or more of the conductors having a resistance and a capacity substantially the same as usual data line. Electromagnetic field amplitudes of the of interference electric field and/or magnetic field are subtracted in an amplifying stage provided in advance. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
