Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger and a heat source machine capable of reducing assembly man hour, and facilitating to secure sealing property by realizing to make compact while maintaining durability of the heat exchanger also having a latent heat recovery function of exhaust gas. SOLUTION: A first heat exchange part 3a for sensible heat recovery of a combustion burner 2 is composed of a first fin part 31a and a first tube 32a made of copper, and a second heat exchanger part 3b for latent heat recovery of exhaust gas is composed of a second fin part 31b and a second tube 32b made of stainless steel. The first fin part and the second fin part are butted and welded together into an integrated fin to provide one heat exchanger 3 provided with the first and second heat exchange parts. The exhaust gas flows into the second heat exchange part after passing the first heat exchange part partitioned by a drain receiver 527, and it is exhausted from an exhaust outlet 522.
