Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive for dispersion which can fill in a high concentration while stabilizing a pigment and a filler. SOLUTION: An addition compound and a salt or a quaternization thereof comprise reacting (a) at least one of a polyisocyanate having a uretodione group with a compound represented by formula (I): Y-(XH)n(wherein XH is a residual group of isocyanate reactivity; Y is a single functional group or a multifunctional group of isocyanate non-reactivity; and n is 1-3) to produce an intermediate product having a uretodione residual group by reacting a total free isocyante residual group of (a) the component with the compound represented by the formula (I), then reacting the uretodione residual group with at least one of a compound represented by the formula (II): Z-NHR (wherein R is hydrogen, or a 1-4C linear chain or a branched alkyl group; and Z is an aliphatic, an alicyclic and/or an aromatic basic group), and according to demand, reacting an amino group still existing in the resulting product with a reactive compound.
