SOLUTION: This system for preparing artificially carbonated hot spring comprises a composition containing an oily component and an apparatus for dissolving carbon dioxide gas. The method for preparing the artificially carbonated hot spring comprises dispersing the oily component into warm water in a bath, and pouring carbon dioxide gas until the gas concentration reaches ≥60 ppm into the warm water in the bath.
