Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress leakage of water passing through a piping through opening of a vehicle body side partition wall member into a cabin, and inflow of the water into a case of an indoor air conditioning unit. SOLUTION: A piping connection opening wall 15 is annularly formed on the case 13h of the indoor air conditioning unit, and a first packing 44 is arranged between an inner peripheral surface of the piping connection opening wall 15 and an outer peripheral surface of a connection member 24 on a side of refrigerant piping 27, 30 connected to the indoor air conditioning unit 10. A second packing 45 is arranged between an end part of a vehicle body side partition wall member 40 side of the piping connection opening wall 15 and the vehicle body side partition wall member 40, and adheres to both of the end of the piping connection opening wall 15 and the first packing 44.
