Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic waste treatment method which enables the suppression of the obstruction of the production of methane due to ammonia to a degree substantially having no problem to especially treat organic waste with a low water content efficiently. SOLUTION: The organic waste treatment method for anaerobically digesting the organic waste includes a process (1) for subjecting the organic waste to decomposition and acid production treatment using seed sludge to remove produced ammonia and a process (2) for subjecting the organic waste from the process (1) to methane producing treatment.
