Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method which enables the efficient removal of fluoride ions from fluoride ion-containing wastewater at a low running cost without requiring a vast treatment facility. SOLUTION: In the method for removing fluoride ions in wastewater, aluminum sulfate or polyaluminum chloride is added into the fluoride ion-containing wastewater to form a hexafluoroaluminum complex, the complex is adsorbed and captured by a weak basic anion-exchange resin, and then the adsorbed and captured complex is concentrated and recovered by an eluant.
