PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow information two-dimensionally coded and visualized on a surface of a recording medium or a device to be decoded to original data; and to allow preset information to be expanded and reproduced when it is reproduced. SOLUTION: An output control part 782 of an output processing part 762 determines header information being accompanying information formed by being attached to decoded data decoded by extension processing parts 238,242, 248, 256 and the like for decoding image data in a two-dimensional code description region including at least three markers and a data region to the date before the image data are two-dimensionally coded by using reproduction object data read by a pen type information reproducing device 760; and expands and reproduces information corresponding to the accompanying information from the decoded reproduction object data by using a projector 764 or an electronic OHP 766.
