Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package inventory management method and device, reducing a time until a service start, eliminating stock shortage or excess stock, and predicting a package generating an alarm to reduce an alarm state by computerizing and sharing all pieces of information necessary for retrieval when an operator registers (provisioning-sets) new service into a service provision device. SOLUTION: When receiving provisioning setting request for service to the desired service provision device 5, the package having a function necessary for provision of the service is retrieved from stock information preset in a first database 310, and unique information about the retrieved package is set to a second database 320 as provisioning information.
