Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable precise and responsive flow rate adjustment by using an elastic tube which can be elastically deformed. SOLUTION: A throttle device 1 is provided with the elastic tube 5 of which hollow part 5a is used as a flow passage of fluid and which can be elastically deformed, a pair of gripping and pressing members 6, 7 for crushing the elastic tube 5, a drive mechanism 8 for driving the gripping members 6, 7. The drive mechanism 8 consists of shafts 12, 13, driven gears 14, 15, a motor 16, a drive gear 17 and intermediate gears 19, 20, 21. The drive mechanism 8 drives the gripping members 6, 7 and adjusts crushing amount of the elastic tube 5 for opening and closing the flow passage of the elastic tube 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
