Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a binding machine to stably wind a string around an article by securely holding an end of the string by a button head. SOLUTION: The binding machine 10 elastically retracts and supports the button head 20 on a string holder 18 to allow the end of the string to be pinched between a pressurizing face 21 provided on the side of the string holder 18 of the button head 20 and the holder 18. The button head 20 includes a slantly upward string introducing guide face 22 which protrudes forward from part of a circumferential direction of the outer rim of the pressurizing face 21. An angle of intersection α of the guide face 22 with respect to an extension face of the pressurizing face 21 is defined within a range of 25-35 degrees. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
