COMPOSITE SUBSTRATE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vertically bond organic molecules to a substrate. SOLUTION: The composite substrate is composed of the substrate and the organic molecules bonded to the substrate so as to become almost vertical to the substrate. Further, the composite substrate is composed of the substrate and a plurality of the organic molecules and each of a plurality of the organic molecules has the terminal and central part reacted with the substrate. The central part of at least one organic molecule of a plurality of the organic molecules has weak intermolecular interaction with respect to the central part of the other organic molecule of a plurality of the organic molecules.
