Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent the lowering of the temperature of the nozzle member caused by a mold by forming a part of the resin injected and charged in the mold on a solid resin layer to thermally insulating the mold and the nozzle member. SOLUTION: The periphery of the base part of the nozzle member 11 attached to the loading end of a heating cylinder 1 is set as the contact region with the mold 2. The nozzle socket 22 of the mold 2 is constituted of a recessed place for accepting the nozzle member 11 from the leading end of the nozzle member 11 to the contact opening edge with the heating cylinder 1 thereof so as to leave an extremely narrow gap (a) same in width. The molten resin flowing in the gap (a) is cooled and solidified to become a thin-walled resin layer 4 for thermally insulating the mold 2 and the nozzle member 11. The width of the gap (a) is restricted to 0.01-0.03 mm. The resin layer 4 having the same wall thickness as the width of the gap (a) is formed between the mold 2 and the nozzle member 11.
