METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LAMINATED CORE AND MOLD APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated core which can improve the productivity of the laminated core obtained by connecting divided laminated cores having divided yokes and teeth to each other and which can reduce a manufacturing cost, and to provide a mold apparatus. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the laminated core includes a cutting and bending step for bending while shearing and separating coupling parts of adjacent divided core pieces in a yoke forming region obtained by punching a rotor core piece from a thin plate material and then coupling the divided core pieces, a push-backing step of forming the bent part of the thin plate material in plane with the thin plate material by pushing back, a slot punching step of forming a predetermined number of the teeth by punching a predetermined number of slots in the thin plate material, an inner diameter punching step of forming to punch tips of the predetermined number of the teeth, and a caulking and laminating step of laminating the divided core pieces on the previously punched and formed lower layer of the divided core piece and caulking and coupling the laminate.
