The heat transmitting member is exposed to the outside through the through-hole in a part thereof on the mounting side for mounting the heating object when mounted to the through-hole. The temperature measurement member receives heat from the heat transmitting member through the exposed part of the heat transmitting member to detect the temperature of the heating object.
