HEATING COOKER WITH OVERHEAT PREVENTION FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker with an overheat prevention function capable of safely, surely and instantly measuring the temperature of a pan while preventing direct contact of a heating object to a sensor part. SOLUTION: This heating cooker includes: a mounting member for mounting a heating object thereon; a heating member for heating the heating object mounted on the mounting member; a temperature measurement member for measuring the temperature of the heating object mounted on the mounting member; and a heat transmitting member mounted to a through-hole formed in the mounting member to close the through-hole. The heat transmitting member is exposed to the outside through the through-hole in a part thereof on the mounting side for mounting the heating object when mounted to the through-hole. The temperature measurement member receives heat from the heat transmitting member through the exposed part of the heat transmitting member to detect the temperature of the heating object.
