FORM PROCESSOR AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form processor and a program reconciling both the versatility and easiness of a form design by a user. SOLUTION: The customization user performs customization with basic form specification information 131 set with specifications to a basic form prepared by a maker as a base to form specifications of an arbitrary form, and stores them as customization information 132. When generating and outputting the form, an end user such as a person in charge of business not having expert knowledge selects the basic form specification information 131 or the customization information 132 in accordance with a purpose, and arbitrarily only designates a totaling target or the like in each totaling level. Thereby, a record corresponding to definition contents of the customization information 132 and the basic form specification information 131 is read from original data, and the record is classified and totaled with a hierarchical structure in accordance with the totaling level, and the totaling result thereof can be outputted in a form wherein the totaling result is printed as form data or the like.
