Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method of the contamination degree of seawater and/or the sea area bottom quality, especially a practical evaluation method of the contamination degree caused by a chemical substance. SOLUTION: Panagrellus redivivus (e.g. prochromadorella sp.I) preferably a generation cycle is synchronized, and cultured together with a sample of the seawater and/or the sea area bottom quality.
