Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inexpensively collecting indium containing no impurity, from an indium-containing material containing the impurities, with the less number of steps. SOLUTION: The method for collecting indium from an indium-containing solution comprises the steps of: producing the precipitates of indium oxalate by mixing the indium-containing solution with oxalic acid of a precipitant; separating the precipitates of indium oxalate from the above resultant liquid to collect indium; and preferably contacting the precipitates with ammonia, or ammonia and alkali hydroxide, in order to remove copper to be collected together with and mixed in indium.
