Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anionic type matte electrodeposition coating composition having a low contamination property and excellent in coated film properties, finishing appearance and a coating operation property. SOLUTION: The anionic type matte electrodeposition coating composition excellent in low contamination property comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. vinyl copolymer having a carboxy group, a hydroxy group and a crosslinking functional group, (B) 30-100 pts.wt. amino resin and (C) 0.5-40 pts.wt. tetraethoxysilane and/or its partially hydrolysed and condensed product. In the coating composition, the coated film obtained by electrodeposition coating has ≤70° contact angle of the coated film with water when the film is allowed to stand within 240 hr in an atmosphere of ≥98% relative humidity.
