SIMPLE MARINA DEVICE, AND VESSEL MANAGING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-water installation type simple marina device and a vessel managing method that can prevent a deposit from adhering to or contaminating the vessel bottom or the like at a low cost without depending on marina equipment or facility, and allow outgoing, return, and storage in a short time. SOLUTION: The marina device comprises a float 12 that is installed on water liftably using buoyancy and puts up the bottom at a position higher than the water level by mounting the hull BD in lifting up, and a buoyancy adjusting and driving means 14 of the float. The float is vertically moved by adjusting the buoyancy of the float installed on the water, and is managed while preventing the deposit from adhering to the vessel bottom in the mounted state of the hull in lifting up.
