PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform communication control on the basis of physical position information of a user terminal. SOLUTION: The network system is connected to user terminals 6 via an access switch 5. The system includes a user terminal supervisory server 2 which memorizes at least in accordance with the user information and the access switch information; a position information server 9 which requests access switch information of a destination on the basis of the user information, when receiving a position information acquisition request including user information from the user terminal 6, and obtains the physical position of the user terminal 6 on the basis of the access switch information; and an application server 4 which performs predetermined control on the basis of the physical position of the user terminal 6.
