SOLUTION: In this separator formed with first through holes, the thickness is 1x10-3-1x10-1mm, a cross section of one of the first through hole is 0.1-500 mm2, and an area ratio of the separator contacting with an electrode (a part surrounded by the sealing material) is 5-70 area %.
