PRINCIPAL AUTHENTICATING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable all members of a group to receive services without having a card or the like when the group receives specific services. SOLUTION: In an automatic ticket gate where a user uses an IC card or a storage medium (described as an IC card hereafter) with a function equivalent or similar to the IC card to settle fare, when group users (described as parents and children group hereafter) consisting of a user having the IC card (described as parent hereafter), a user without the IC card (described as child hereafter) perform settlement with the automatic ticket gate, the parents and children group simply settle the fare by using a single IC card to perform fare settlement of all the members of the parents and children group.
