PRINTING SYSTEM AND METHOD, PRINTER, INFORMATION PROCESSOR, AND PRINTING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system capable of performing normal printing. SOLUTION: This printing system comprises the printer 22 including a first input means 32 for accepting input of attribute information showing attributes for printing, a second input means 32 for accepting input of fixed information showing whether at least a part of printing attributes corresponding to the attribute information is laid in a fixed state or not, a storage means 46 for storing the attribute information and fixed information input from the first and second input means, and a transmitting means 50 for transmitting the attribute information and fixed information according to a request from the information processor; a request means 91 for requesting the printer to transmit the attribute information and fixed information at the time of starting printing; a receiving means 96 for receiving the attribute information and fixed information transmitted according to the request of the requesting means; a display means for displaying a GUI setting the attribute information; and a prohibiting means 91 for prohibiting, in case that the fixed information shows that a part of the printing attributes is fixed, changing for the corresponding printing attribute.
