CANCER DIAGNOSIS SUPPORT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cancer diagnosis support system capable of supporting rapid and precise diagnosis of various cancers. SOLUTION: This cancer diagnosis support system comprises a cancer patient information storage means for storing cancer patient information including cancer patient genom DNA abnormality information acquired from a cancerous tissue of a cancer patient and medical chart information of the cancer patient; an examinee information input means for inputting examinee information including genom DNA abnormality information for cancerous tissue of an examinee; an examinee information storage means for storing the information input on the basis of the examinee information input means; a similarity retrieval means for performing similarity retrieval of the genom DNA abnormality information for a cancerous tissue of the examinee stored in the examinee information storage means and cancer patient genom DNA abnormality information stored in the cancer patient information storage means on the basis of an index of a predetermined similarity; and a means for outputting similar patient information obtained by the similarity retrieval means as cancer diagnosis support information.
