Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily instruction-set an operation of a robot in a short time and to avoid interference between a three-dimensional measuring instrument and a work, when measuring a surface shape of the work by the three-dimensional measuring instrument. SOLUTION: A basic route 122 for operating a laser scanner 12 along a substantial Z-direction on a face of the work W by a prescribed distance while separated from the face of the work W is copied at a plurality of times along a Y-direction on the face of the work W to obtain a block data 120. The laser scanner 12 is retreated based on a distance Lm that is a measured value by a laser displacement gage 20, while moving the laser scanner 12 along the block data 120, to measure the surface shape of the work W while controlling a copying amount L0 to the work W.
