Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade shape molding method of a wind power generator capable of keeping uniform machining accuracy and easily corresponding even if cross-sectional shapes along a blade line are not same, being suitable for small production, requiring low cost, and corresponding to a short delivery time. SOLUTION: The blade shape molding method of the wind power generator comprises a process cutting off sheet metal into predetermined dimensions; a process manufacturing a metallic shell 1 of a blade shape is smaller and rougher than the blade shape to be molded by using the cut sheet metal; a process inserting the metallic shell 1 into a wooden mold 2 wherein the blade shape is formed on an inner surface; a process injecting urethane foam into the metallic shell 1; a process foaming the urethane foam and making the outside shape of the metallic shell 1 along the inner surface of the wooden mold 2; and a process taking out the metallic shell 1 molded in the blade shape from the wooden mold 2.
