Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device for a vehicle capable of reducing the number of I/O ports by using a rewritable integrated circuit connected to a microcomputer and rewriting the integrated circuit at all times. SOLUTION: It is determined whether an internal combustion engine is at the time of starting or not (a step 100). When it is determined that the engine is at the time of starting, a rewritable IC3 is rewritten to an intake air flow valve controlling circuit (a step 102). By this processing, the rewritable IC3 can actuate an opening sensor 4 and the intake air flow valve 5. In the step 100, when it is determining that the engine is not at the time of starting, the rewritable IC3 is rewritten to a purge control circuit (a step 106). By this processing, the rewritable IC3 can actuate a vapor pressure sensor 6 and a purge VSV7. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
