Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a presently attempted road surface temperature reduction technology wherein since it depends on only the heat of vaporization of water and the water is supplied by the rise of a capillary, nonuniformity of the surface of the water and the instability of the supply of the water occur and also spray water from a surface layer not dependent on the supply by the capillary becomes a traffic obstruction. SOLUTION: (1) Cut-in grooves 2 formed in a net shape such as hexagonal shape are formed in the surface layer flat surface of a concrete paved body 1.(2) Water is passed to the cut-in grooves 2 through a water supply tube 3 and a water supply valve 4 by using an external supply water 5.(3) Excess water after the water is supplied into the cut-in grooves 2 is received by a gutter and drained 6 to a city water.
