SOLUTION: In this paving body, a draining layer is composed of one or two layers, a binder layer mainly composed of granular material with a nominal particle diameter ranging from 40 to 20 mm is provided under the draining layer in the case of one draining layer, or it is provided between the draining layers in the case of two draining layers, and a sound absorbing material and a member for restraining movement of the granular material are disposed in the binder layer.
