SOLUTION: The method of color painting design capable of cutting carbon dioxide emissions comprises the following practice: The spectroscopic reflectance and spectroscopic transmittance of each of painting films are measured and the spectroscopic reflectance as a painting system is maximized in consideration of color and/or hue to lower the indoor temperature of a motor vehicle to raise air conditioning efficiency, thus improving fuel economy.
