Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antibody against a human tissue factor inhibitor known as tissue factor inhibitor (TFI) or lipoprotein associated coagulation inhibitor (LACI). SOLUTION: There is provided a complete coding sequence and an amino acid sequence of a cDNA clone representing essentially the full length tissue factor inhibitor. In this regard, however, the antibody against the human tissue factor inhibitor is not bonded to the following inhibitors: bovine basic protease inhibitor precursor, bovine colostrum trypsin inhibitor, bovine serum basic protease inhibitor, edible snail isoinhibitor K, red sea turtle basic protease inhibitor, western sand viper venom basic protease inhibitor I, ringhals venom basic protease inhibitor II, and the like.
