PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet treatment device and an image formation device provided with this capable of enhancing piling up property of a sheet with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: After the treatment of a sheet bundle SA is completed, the treated sheet bundle SA on a first sheet piling up means is retained by a sheet bundle retaining means 412 and the sheet bundle retaining means 412 is reciprocally moved to a retaining position for retaining the sheet bundle SA and a delivery position provided on a second sheet piling up means side of the first sheet piling up means 410 and delivering the sheet bundle SA to the second sheet piling up means 421 by a movement means 430. Then, after the sheet bundle retaining means 412 is moved from the retaining position to a direction of the second sheet piling up means and is stopped, the delivery position is made to a position where it is moved to an opposite direction by a predetermined distance.
