Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage or transportation method of a polyvinyl alcohol type film for optical use by which a weaving of a film roll, a damage of a film, degradation of the film by blocking and decrease of productivity at feeding of the film roll at manufacturing of a polarization film or the like can be prevented. SOLUTION: The storage or transportation method of the polyvinyl alcohol type film for optical use comprises the steps of making the film roll by winding the polyvinyl alcohol type film for optical use having a film width of 1 m or more and a film length of 1,000 m or more on a core tube having a longer length than the film width, packing the film roll with a moisture barrier resin packaging film, further packing it with a packaging film composed of an aluminum material, and storing or transporting it.
