Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time for forming process containing the dimensional adjustment at the free end side caused by the unevenness of a blank in an extrusion-forging, to lighten the labor and to reduce a space needed for the formation. SOLUTION: In an extrusion-forging apparatus for performing the extrusion of a blank 1 with a punch 5 disposed at the introduced side of a die 2 by inserting the blank 1 into the die 2, a cutting tool 3 is disposed at the extruding side of the die 2 and this tool 3 is fitted to the die 2 and arranged in the extruding directional extending line of the die 2. Then, to the cutting tool 3, an opening hole part 3b in the extruding direction of the die 2 is arranged, the blank is taken out with a knock pin 4 through the cutting tool 3.
