Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defoaming apparatus that effects the reduction of a maintenance cost, a running cost and the like and that effectively and surely defoames bubbles, to provide a vessel for a defoamer, to provide a defoaming method and to provide a PET bottle for a defoamer. SOLUTION: The defoaming apparatus has a mechanism that the inside of a receiving dish 10 is filled with a high concentration of the defoamer A because the defoamer A is discharged so that the defoamer A remains within the defoamer vessel 6 of which the opening part 7 is directed downward. The defoamer A in the receiving dish 6 is held in a high concentration because it is replaced with the defoamer A of the high concentration in the defoamer vessel 6 even if the concentration of the defoamer A in the receiving dish 10 is temporarily lowered due to the defoaming action.
