Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in apparatus and method for communicating with a memory card, e.g. an SD card or a multimedia card (MMC), that data transfer cannot be stopped in safety when suspension of data transfer is wanted in hurry during data transfer. SOLUTION: A memory card is mounting an error detection code generating circuit and when data transfer is stopped, correlation between communication data and its error detection code is broken down so that the memory card acts to invalidate the relevant data.
