SOLUTION: A circuit formed of a transistor Q21, a diode D21, and a resistance R21 is connected in parallel with an LED 10 and a bonding resistance R'. The current flowing into this parallel circuit becomes the current I1 which changes in accordance with fall of voltage VF in the LED 10 and bonding resistance R'.
