Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel and a method for manufacturing the same, in which a manufacturing cost is lowered by simplifying a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: A black layer and a black matrix placed between a transparent electrode and a bas layer are formed at the same time. The black layer and a black matrix are formed into a single body. Even non-conductive oxides that are cheap can be used as black powder for the black layer.
