SCHEDULING AND ARRANGEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of easily creating, correcting and changing scheduling of product manufacturing. SOLUTION: This scheduling and arrangement management system comprises: a component structure master having items showing structures in subunits of a product and shop codes for associating the subunits with work processes; a master registration processing part for registering items showing structures of the respective work processes and shop structure masters having shop codes for associating the work process with the subunits; a scheduling processing part for creating a model-based schedule expansion master having a lead time of each work process in manufacturing products of a certain model by associating the contents in the component structure master with those in the shop structure master by the shop codes; and an arrangement processing part for determining a delivery required date of each subunit by the model-based schedule expansion master and for carrying out schedule expansion of the component structure master on a subunit basis to determine an order data and a delivery date of each component so that each component of the subunit is delivered by the delivery required date.
